Centralized POS Network for 20 Retail Outlets

TrendSetter Fashion needed to connect their 20 retail branches across the country to a central inventory database in real-time. ServeIT designed a secure SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) solution, connecting all branch POS systems securely to the head office server. This allowed for instant stock updates and centralized sales reporting.

The Challenge of Project:

Ensuring consistent internet connectivity across diverse geographical locations was difficult. Some remote branches had unstable connections. We had to implement cellular backup routers (4G/5G failover) at critical locations to ensure POS systems could always process transactions.
